Booking a Krabi tour online is a breeze. Simply navigate to the tour page, where you’ll find a booking form on the right (or at the bottom if you’re using our mobile website). Pick your preferred date, indicate the number of adults, children, and/or infants, and click the ‘Book now’ button. On the following page, input your personal details and the pickup location. Feel free to add any notes if needed and proceed to the next step. Here, you can provide your payment details (or choose to pay in cash on tour), confirm the payment, and you’re good to go! Keep an eye on your email for the booking voucher we’ll send your way.
You can make a booking for a tour in Krabi without prepayment. Once the booking is confirmed, we’ll send you your booking voucher and pickup time. On arrival at the pier or after pickup, you can pay for your booking in cash. Please prepare the exact amount needed for the tour and national park fees (if any). Please note that cancellation rules apply: if you fail to cancel at least 24 hours before the tour date or don’t show up, a full payment is required.
We can only process payments in Thai Baht. To make things easier for you, you can adjust the display currency on our website to your local currency. However, during the checkout process, the payment will be in Thai Baht. Your bank will handle the currency conversion for you.
You have the option to secure your seats by paying a deposit of approximately 30%, depending on the tour. The remaining balance can be settled in cash on the day of the tour, as indicated in your booking voucher.
If you choose to pay the entire tour amount upfront, please let us know and we will send you a payment link. We can collect the whole amount, except for national park fees if they apply. These fees must always be paid in cash on the day of the tour, as they are collected by the national park organizations.
We usually stop accepting online bookings close to the tour date, but for many tours, you can still make a reservation for the following day. Occasionally, same-day tours are also available, such as private city tours or afternoon ATV trips. If you’re interested in same-day or late bookings, feel free to get in touch with our team. Contact us, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request!
Please don’t print it. We try to be environmentally conscious, and there’s no need to waste paper for a booking voucher. We’ve coordinated with tour operators to accept our mobile vouchers. Simply show it on your phone upon arrival or pickup, and you’re all set.
Sure thing! If your pickup spot is on or near our pickup route, we can usually make it work. We’re flexible and can pick up from private villas or bus stops, as long as they’re not on a steep hill or too far inland. Just let us know if you want to book a tour with a different pickup spot. Sometimes, we can even arrange a pickup near a landmark or a 7-Eleven/Family Mart. Just give us a heads up!

No, we don’t handle payments directly. External trusted services like Stripe or PayPal take care of that. We don’t keep any payment details on our servers.
Absolutely! Our website is protected with the latest security measures and SSL protocols. When it comes to payments, we rely on trusted external processors such as Stripe, Opn or PayPal. These sites are well-protected, ensuring you can book online with us just as securely as you would with any reputable online store.
It depends on the tour, but generally, for most day trips, we don’t have a fee for infants. This is because young children, typically up to around 2 years old (depending on the tour), can sit on a parent’s lap. It’s important to mention that in this situation, we don’t reserve separate seats for infants; those seats are allocated to other passengers.
If you booked a tour with a transfer, we’ll send you the pickup details shortly after we receive the confirmation of the tour operator. An indication of the pickup time will be on our website, but times vary depending on your location. We’ll confirm the pickup time with a 30 minute margin as it can be busy on the road or in case of unforeseen circumstances.
Don’t worry, this happens once in a while in Thailand. Sometimes there is a traffic jam or there are delays picking up other customers. Our experienced drivers will inform us in case this happens. If the pickup is over 30 minutes late, please contact us so we can investigate the issue. We’ll make sure you’ll get to your destination on time!
Please be ready at your hotel reception at the mentioned pickup time. Our drivers are very experienced and will carry a list of passengers for the day. If you are not around, they will inform the reception so they can call to your room. Please be ready on time though, in most cases there are more passengers to pick up and we want the transfer to happen as quick and smooth as possible!
This varies per tour. On a city tour you can expect an air conditioned van or car. That is also the case for most boat trips, but some operators prefer to use a large bus or an open songthaew (a pickup truck with 2 benches in the back). On every single tour page we’ll inform you about the mode of transport, so please check that in order to know what to expect.
The tour operator decides if the tour can happen on a bad weather day. Most boats and cars will go out on a rainy day when seas are relatively calm. If it is too dangerous to do the tour due to high waves or heavy rains, we’ll inform you on time to move your booking to a different date. If that is not an option for you, you can always do a different tour or we’ll refund you the amount paid.
We strive to make everyone’s trip as relaxing and worthwile as possible. If for whatever reason you are unhappy on the tour day, please inform us immediately. That way we can act quickly and solve your problems straight away. We aim for a high customer satisfaction rate and will do our utmost best to deal with any issues you may have!
