If you don't have much time to spend in Krabi but still want to get as much as possible out of it, a combination tour is a good idea. During this trip we'll take you by speedboat to both James Bond Island in Phang Nga Bay and you will visit one of the Hong Islands in the afternoon. The location can be Lading, Pakbia or Laem Kha Island, depending on the tide and wind conditions. This day is packed with activities, such as sightseeing at James Bond Island, kayaking in the waters of Phang Nga and swimming or snorkeling around one of the beautiful islands that make up the Hong islands.

Pickup from Krabi Town, Klong Muang
Pickup window07:45–08:00If you're staying in a hotel in Krabi Town or Klong Muang, you'll be picked up between 07:45 - 08:00. Please be ready at your lobby or reception a few minutes ahead of time to ensure a smooth pickup.

For our guests staying within Ao Nang, we will pick you up at 08:00 - 08:30. From here, we'll head to the nearby Nopparat Thara Pier where the speedboat will leave from.
Put on your life vests and we're off! Our first stop is Railay if we have any guests joining us on the tour and are staying there.
If you'd like to join this tour from Railay, don't worry! We can pick you up from here. A more exact pickup location and time frame will be sent to you upon receiving your booking details. Please be ready at the meeting location in Railay a few minutes ahead of time.
The boat takes us through Phang Nga bay straight to James Bond Island, also called Khao Ping Gan. Here you can explore the island and make pictures with the famous rock island featured in the movie 'The Man With The Golden Gun'.
Next, we will board a canoe and head to Lod Cave for some cave and sea canoeing. See the beautiful cave and limestone rock formations that make up this area.
Our next stop is the famous floating village of Panyee Island. It is permanently inhabited by a group of fishermen and their families. You can enjoy a delicious Thai-style set lunch here (vegetarian and halal available) and explore the island.
We board the speedboat that takes us to Khao Maju and Khao Khien, 2 remarkable locations in Phang Nga for sightseeing.
We visit one of these 3 Hong islands: Lading Island, Pakbia Island or Laem Kha. The actual destination depends on the weather and tidal conditions. Go swimming or snorkeling here.
At around 15:30, it's time to board the speedboat to return back to Nopparat Thara Pier. The speedboat journey takes about 1 hour.

The day ends with a return transfer to your hotel. Our driver will bring you back to your hotel in Ao Nang, Krabi town or Klong Muang. If you are staying at Railay, the boat will make a stop at the meeting point there. The 2 in 1 James Bond & Hong Island tour ends here!

A delicious Thai-style lunch is served the floating island Koh Panyee. Vegetarian and halal options are available. There will be dishes like curry, Pad Thai, stir fried, chicken & eggs and a dessert. If you have any specific food allergies, please let us know prior to booking this tour.
Yes you can, our boat will be docking at the meeting point near Railay between 09:15 - 09:30. At the end of the trip we will drop you off near Railay as well. We will send the exact meeting location to you after reviewing your booking details.
The best time to visit James Bond Island is after the rainy season. The best months are usually December - March when there is little rain and calm waters. After March the weather can be very hot and during the summer months it may rain a lot. This tour operates every day if the weather conditions permit it.
Our boat tour to James Bond Island & Hong Island will run during rainy days if the water is calm enough. If that is not the case, we will reschedule the trip for a calmer day or refund you the deposit (if any).
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
To keep the ride safe, this tour is not suitable for pregnant women. If that could apply to anyone in your group, contact us before booking and we will help you find a better fit.

The tour didn’t live up to my expectations. James Bond Island was too crowded, and it felt very touristy. Hong Island was nice, but we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it. The speedboat was cramped, and the overall experience felt rushed and not worth the price.

Honestly, I expected more from this tour. James Bond Island was way too crowded, and we barely had time to take pictures. Hong Island was pretty, but the snorkeling spot wasn’t great. The speedboat ride was uncomfortable, and it felt like we were rushed through everything.
