The waters around Hong Island are great for snorkeling and swimming. Lading Island is great for its stunning views and crystal-clear waters. The same goes for Pakbia Island. That's a great swimming spot.

The longtail boat leaves from here. Board your private longtail boat, put on your life vests, and off we go to the Hong Islands. As this is a private tour, do note that the itinerary and order may vary depending on where you want to go.
One of the stops of the private Hong Island tour is Hong Lagoon. A narrow entrance between limestone rocks leads to a beautiful saltwater pool, surrounded by rock formations. You can jump from the boat here and enjoy swimming. An amazing photo opportunity here!
Hong Island is known for its crystal-clear waters and beautiful white, sandy beach. If you want to eat lunch and you didn't order that from us, you can enjoy an excellent lunch at a Thai restaurant here. Swimming is nice here. If you are fit enough: make the climb up to the viewpoint (419 steps in total) for some amazing 360-degree views of the islands.
This island is known for its narrow entry to a beach that is covered by trees and surrounded by rock formations. The swing is a famous sight here. Enjoy the beach and go swimming here.
Pakbia is a small island that is nice for swimming. We make a stop here during the private Hong island tour. An extra stop at Rai island is possible if the weather conditions (waves and tide) are right.
This island is stunning with swaying palm trees, limestone cliffs, and the clear light blue sea. You can relax and snorkel here.
At around 15:00, it's time to leave the beautiful Hong Islands. Our private longtail boat will take you back to the pier.

You can either bring your own food, eat at one of the restaurants on Hong Island, or we can provide a Thai style lunch box (vegetarian and halal options available). The extra costs are THB 100/person. Please leave a remark on checkout if you want to include food to the booking.
Unfortunately you can't. The longtail boats can be unstable when the wind is strong. The movements are not suitable for an unborn child, therefore we don't allow pregnant women on board.
The best time to visit the Hong Islands is just after the rainy season, which ends in November. Temperatures are pleasant during the months November - March, and the seas are usually calm. The blue skies are perfect for photo opportunities during these months.
Absolutely! The Hong Islands are not too far away from Ao Nang (20 minutes by longtail boat), and there is enough to see and do on the way. Your children will love snorkeling and playing in the shallow waters on the beach. We think that this is one of the best private tours to do with kids while staying in Krabi.
Yes. Cancelling or moving your booking to another date is free up to 24 hours before the tour starts, and anything you have paid is refunded in full. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded. If we have to cancel, for example for weather or safety, you can move to another date or take a full refund.
A deposit is required for all private tours if you chose to pay cash on tour option. After you submit your booking, we will send you an email with deposit payment instructions. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until we receive the deposit. This deposit helps us secure the boat and arrange all services specifically for your group. We use secure and reliable payment channels to ensure your information is protected.

Worth the (cheap) price! Our tour included pickup and we booked a lunch box. Food was tasty. The Hong islands were the best part of our stay in Ao Nang,

For our family of 5 it was cheaper to book this excursion in private and I'm happy we did that, other boats looked awfully loaded. It's a nice trip, nothing too special. Snorkeling is decent at most locations and because it's private, you can ask the captain to find quiet spots.
